1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 288win platform — whether through the website at 288win.onl, the Android app, or any other official channel — and by registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 288win. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of 288win after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 288win support immediately.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your 288win account under any circumstances.
• 288win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

288win is available to players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gaming platform is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location. 288win does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in contravention of local laws.

3 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 288win. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 288win treats this requirement seriously and takes active steps to prevent underage access to the platform.

We reserve the right to request age verification documents — such as a CNIC copy, passport, or other official identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 288win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — instant bank-linked transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply
• Debit/Credit Cards — subject to card issuer approval

Deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. 288win will not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party deposit is detected, the amount will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

288win does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 288win accepts no responsibility. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit if you are unsure about any applicable fees.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible, and always in PKR.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or another accepted government-issued ID document.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• 288win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been flagged on the account.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from your balance at the time of withdrawal. Only real-money funds that have cleared all bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

If you have made a deposit that you have not wagered on at all and wish to withdraw it, a processing fee may apply to cover payment gateway costs. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to you before the withdrawal is confirmed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

288win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section. By claiming any bonus at 288win, you agree to the relevant terms in full.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 288win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of claiming.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

288win takes bonus abuse seriously. If we determine that a player has attempted to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming activity, or coordinating with other players to abuse offers — we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 288win — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo, fishing games, crash games, and any other titles in the game lobby — are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers. 288win presents these games in good faith and is not responsible for any technical issues on the provider side that may affect game outcomes.

• Game outcomes in slots, table games, and RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generator systems. 288win does not interfere with or influence game results.
• Live casino games are managed by live dealers operating under the game provider's studio rules. Players must follow the table rules as directed by the dealer.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by 288win's sportsbook team. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at that time are locked in.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

288win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment details
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards 288win staff or other players
• Where required by applicable law or a relevant authority

9 Privacy & Data
